I absolutely love our story time/devotions/prayer time before bed!

Fall in the arms of Jesus

These are the lovely ladies I was blessed to sit with at our church mini-conference this past Friday night! What an amazing feeling to be surrounded by women who love the Lord and desire to be all they can be for Him!! I pray each of them(and me) will continue to put our trust in Jesus and fall in His arms every day!

Burlap wreath

My latest Pinterest project...
Covered styrofoam wreath with burlap, stuck in flowers, and covered wooden monogram letter with spanish moss with spray adhesive, hang with ribbon and tie in bow! Easy peasy!
I actually got a compliment from my husband on it, yay! :)

Rockin' the scarf!

So, I kinda love scarves, here's a new way I wore it today! My husband says I remind him of Harriett Tubbman and my uncle said Aunt Jemimah, oh well, I still like it!:)

On an adventure

This is one of the boys favorite things to do, walk on the golf course by the woods and go on an adventure! They love looking for acorns and golfballs, they are usually pretty successful in finding lots of both! :)

Down and curly

This is a rarity(that I actually have it down) but a good base for lots of styles! Just use a 3/4" curling iron and spray shine to finish. Section off hair into 1" pieces for a nice bouncy curl!

They love drawing(unfortunately they kinda take after me still!) :)

1 already?!

Lillian- How are you almost one?!!! This year has flown by and you, sweet little one, have been an incredible blessing! You have changed so much and continue to grow and learn new things! Watching you learn how to crawl has been hilarious, because you kinda kick up your left leg as you move about, you are getting super speedy and are finally having the confidence to stand up to furniture. Your little butt is so cute too watch as you wobble about and it will be so fun to watch you as you get closer to walking! You truely are our little princess, we all adore you, your brothers are your biggest protectors and they will do anything for you! It's so great to see you love them back when you crawl to them and give them sweet hugs and kisses! We love you Lily, we are praying for many wonderful blessings in the year to come! :)

Hair styles

I figure I'm a hair stylist, why not post some pics of some different stuff I try with my own hair!
With this one, I just took about a one inch section of hair across my hairline and french braided down back behind my ear. Then I pulled remaining hair over into a messy bun on the side, incorporating the braid. Secure with bobby pins and voila! :)

Fun day with the girls

We went prom dress shopping today for my baby sister, Kate!!! Oh my word, how is this even possible, that she is a senior and getting ready for prom and graduation??! It seems like yesterday that she was 3 and I was still helping wipe her little booty after going poopy! :) Thankful to spend the day with my beautiful sisters and mom, I feel so blessed to live close to them and be able to spend time together as often as we do! :)
